Being a small gear company means we possess the unique opportunity to inspire, interact, and invite climbers to help support worthy causes. The HERA Climb4Life project seeks to fund raise to eliminate ovarian cancer by hosting climbing events in important locations.
At Furnace Industries we are very proud to join in the fight to end ovarian cancer, and also have a great time doing it! Join HERA and FI for a 'who's who of Northest climbing' event at MetroRock Boston (69 Norman Street Everett, MA 02149).
On September 10, join the HERA Ovarian Cancer Foundation's fight to eliminate ovarian cancer. You can enjoy a fun-filled day of climbing, DRY ICE Tool routes, fitness, yoga, and fun.
More highlights include yoga, competition routes, speed wall, tribute wall, afternoon snacks and great give-a-ways, including a pair of DRY ICE Tools! Professional climbers Emilie Drinkwater, Obe Carrion, Majka Burhardt, will share their expertise and enthusiasm too. Join us afterwards for a fun after party with dinner, beverages, and an amazing silent auction. Top fundraisers will win awesome prizes like gear from vendors like Stonewear Designs, La Sportiva, Furnace Industries, Bluewater Ropes, and many more.
